What those below said, plus:
Severance pay DOES include whatever benefits you had before being given notice.
Severance DOES NOT include 401k deposit. That stops at the end of 60 day notice.
Make damn certain you complete the (most likely electronic) packet and agreement before state due date. Otherwise you will not receive severance.
And max of 1 year
with a minimum of 8 weeks
2 weeks for every year
