Executives staying at the Post Oaks in Houston. Do they have a different travel policy for hotels? It is out of policy per the travel site but the executives stay there. What gives?

They also have private jets.

I'm sure executives have better incentives. Noway possible they have the same as regular employees at EM. They only go to the Laquinta for that "me luv u long time".
I book wherever I like for the little travel I get, why are you worrying about if it's in policy?
