Hey OP, thanks for the post on the EFT Agile Operating Model. I’m assuming EFT is Enterprise Functions Technology, the CIO group for Risk, Audit, Finance, HR, and Data Management—correct? Your mention of “upcoming changes” is intriguing. Are these about new agile processes, tech upgrades (like AI for Data Management), or maybe team shifts (layoffs in Risk/Audit)? Also, who’s heading EFT now? Jason Strle left in 2023, and Bridget Engle’s running all tech, but is she directly over EFT, or is there a new EFT head reporting to her? Trying to piece together who’s driving these changes. Any insights?

Hey OP, curious about your post on the EFT Agile Operating Model. Are you referring to Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), like payment systems (Zelle, ACH, etc.)? Or is EFT something else here? Any details on these “upcoming changes” you’re hearing about? Trying to connect the dots on what’s shifting.
