The reason for the notice period is so they can file WARN on the same day they actually tell people they’re being displaced. So if actual names are appearing somewhere, I assume all of those people have already been told.
You mean counts & not names, is that right?
I saw that too! When my name shows up, I will print it to prove to the Unemployment office I was displaced.
