The Stock Market is closed on Good Friday. After a day of it resting, I wish for our 401K here to flourish in the near future. I wish us all success in finding new employment when being displaced. We got this.

@af+1js41gxb2 No.. Cheers to you. After retiring... after WF lay-off, I have addressed the wealth maintenance issue. I am not tearing anything apart. I am just making an observation. People need to be more awake in these increasingly volatile times. Staying asleep with your wishes and hopes of being able to maintain your wealth is IMO not a good investment strategy. Take it or leave it. I agree that we are on a brink of a recession... That is why Buffet has a larger cash position. Another reason may be he is ready to retire. Anyway, we can still be friends. Find and keep to your process. Now will the stock hit 70 before or after it hits 50?
Last I checked we don’t have a DJT holiday. I’m shocked some of you can even hold a job, your TDS must occupy most of your thinking every day.
b3+1js41gxb2: oh, you meant adulterer and s-xual abuser with the initials of “DJT”? Stop watching too much Fox and right wing media.
you get two flex holidays per year, if you want good Friday to be a holiday for you then use one of your flex holidays.
The only thing that will change the markets is a change of occupants at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Get rid of the loser-king and give us a real administration.
This is the same blind optimism that drove people to vote for Trump
US corporations used to give Good Friday off, but took it away and now we celebrate an adulterer and s-xual abuser with the initials of MLK.
Progress.
Well the mad king isn't getting any saner. So just like Jesus, our 401k's may stay dead.
just like Jesus, our 401ks will rise again. just may take more than 3 days.

We're in different economic times than Buffet. Can't you just take good cheer? Some on this board just likes to tear things apart. Positivity will keep people ascending in these uncertain times with job loss, and the brink of recession. I would say have a nice day, but I'm sure there would be negativity from you & some with that. Have some coffee. Cheers.
fyi. @OP, Wishing and hoping is not a good investment strategy. There is a reason that Buffet has one of the largest cash positions he has ever had.
