Wow- a huge earnings miss and a 22% decline in the value of the company in one day? Which senior leaders are going to be fired for this? Or will it just continue to be low level grunts who are laid off?

When you have poor leadership, this is what happens. Let's start with the 'change' incident. That alone was just the beginning and created mass abrasion. But, the ones to suffer the repercussions are the ones gone, who busted their butt's to make sure our providers and members were still receiving the service they deserved. Meanwhile, 'they' are still here scrambling making ridiculous changes that for some strange reason thinking it's for the best. Just sit back and watch is all.
They may have axed 'some' 29's and above but we're NOT wrong about the 75% of the advocates let go.
4/23/2025 - a day I will never forget. I took the package and it was supposed to be a celebratory time for me as I am retiring. They let me go today United tainted it by laying off almost the entire provider relations across the country. The company I thought was so great when I was hired, turned out to be evil!. It disgusts me!

wrong. it will be grade levels 29 and above in the network. they have too many leaders with no reports. none. they are reorganizing and removing them, too.

May 1,2025 it will be the workers not management or senior leaders it will be at least the 30,000 from benefit operations and possibllly more after this stock plummet prepare best as possible all layoffs are not the end of the world with all the stress this has caused this could be the blessing you didn’t know you needed to move forward with your life take your severance pay unemployment 401k and stock funds and you will rise on the other side with a better more stable career!!
