All signs are pointing to this. Our company could care less about customer satisfaction. Product being forced in. At this point we are all just merchandisers why wouldn't the company just have stores stock it??

At this point they should just exit dsd. They can’t get anyone to apply, everyone is fed up, those who stay just get overworked more, they made us go from one of every stores better vendors to being every stores most hated vendor, sales are down tremendously from pre-covid. The damage was done and no repairs can fix it.
DSD HAS LONG BEED DEAD
If they give mission 1 five years the company will be bankrupt! What an absolute joke!
Yes. To please shareholders, they had/must give Mission ONE 5 years.
I left years ago, just when it was obvious things were headed south! I can’t understand why the sales team doesn’t attempt to unionize themselves? Safety in numbers and hold them accountable! All they have to do now is cherry pick the “bad apples”, that would not occur is they were represented by a union! The bakery and trucker are all union, why not sales?
*couldn't care less. By saying care less, you're implying there's a minimal amount they care, which they don't.
It’s been speculated that Mondelez is leaving dsd for years and years, just after Keebler did. Who knows the plan, I don’t even think they do. Irregardless what they have done is a sh@t show. They don’t care about their employees or their lives. Just move on!
A form of quiet quitting is when more than one follows suit and stops filling up all perimeter displays, regardless of how recent those changes were done. He-l, I don't even bother jamming displays despite being told by lead reps to do so.
“Will have 30+ stores” …. I have 31 stores now, and you’re right the ftows don’t keep them filled, sometimes i feel they do it on purpose to lose the display so it’s less work
None of the ftows fill the displays anyways so it's pointless
Yes. Not sure when. They will keep some reps around to run around and use the pitcher app. They will have 30+ stores.
It makes no sense to not go the warehouse route. Reps in my territory aren’t getting sh-t for displays in the stores that it matters, and if you do its down in a week. Meanwhile i see m Keebler products on end caps, half stacks in action alley and wings and they have no reps. Force the product in with no reps or merchandisers and the store will have to put it somewhere. It is working for Keebler
Yeah it's just a matter of time. Could be tomorrow or years from now. I wouldn’t plan on this company as a long term job if i were you, im not. Just my opinion of course, but the signs all show it, just like Keeber did.
