No more exit interviews!

Have had a few friends leave recently and HR/managers haven’t been doing exit interviews. Why am I not surprised. The feedback is all the same and it is falling on deaf ears?

more like SME's that are not shy away from telling ppl their thoughts and providing useful inputs that this company does not appreciate. In turn getting ranked poorly and thus jumping ship. If you were to troll, at least make it more relevant

My exit interview will be an upper decker in the 6th floor mens room.

The Leavers are not all low performers, many are regretted.

I have even seen excellent workers PIP’d. Usually due to politics or just a supervisor protecting his favorite workers by sacrificing someone new to the group or someone he dislikes.

@@2jgu+1jsVRucv most of the people I know who have left were outstanding or outstanding with distinction. Definitely not losers. These are people who one would want to work with because they actually pulled their weight.

No need to interview. Already know the answer. Low Performers. Loser. Bye bye. Good riddance

The problem is that HR has also been decimated by DW, NC, JW and TG. There is practically nobody left to do an exit interview. Your last point of contact will be your supervisor and MAKE DARN SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED FOR THE PENSION/ROLL OVER YOUR 401K, etc. etc. etc. Remember that nobody will answer the phone once you are gone. Here in Annandale we lost our last to HR people a few months ago. There is no HR here.

I resigned 7 months ago and Nope, I got no survey or exit interview.

My supervisor didn't give a fk, he wasn't even there to take my badge and computer, he took the day off.

No interviews. Just an HR person filling each exit interview questionnaire with their desired answers.

It is hard for HR to do exit interviews if they are quitting first! Ask the the Gulf Coast Sites.

My “exit interview” will be a company wide email I will send on my last day in the office.

I cant believe people still are clinging to hope that feedback will be heard or asked for. Look around. THEY DONT CARE. Quit waiting for positive change. It isn’t coming. Only more negative changes like hot desking.

Exit interviews have NEVER happened. The only thing we hav EVER done is send out an online survey with yes or no questions related to things people could sue the company over. The supervisor must initiate the process via a goto link and they are not required to do so. There never has been a request for feedback on what could be done better. This is not a change. HR is only there to protect the company from lawsuits.

My understanding is that you just get the optional survey, nothing more. Another fricking survey...

I just exited recently. No interview. HR did send an optional survey which I opted not to open.
