New Jersey needs to do this so we as employees can have somewhat of a safety next and stop looking over our shoulders for the next layoff victim.

New Jersey has a chance to lead the nation on labor reform by ending at-will employment. But don’t expect legacy giants like Verizon to follow unless they can keep the power to fire without consequence.
Please do this, us at will states would love more companies to move more of their organization here.
