Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

India vs U.S. based employees

I feel like I am working with employees who are pretending to be based in the U.S. but they are really in India. I’m talking about employees I interact with every single day. I notice their outlook shows them available in completely off hours and they answer and send emails at very odd hours. I only get quick responses super early or late evening. Just a feeling I get.

It's pretty easy to find someone's address. If you are that d-mb, then you're the reason they have to hire overseas to begin with.

The Indian workforce here is racist towards Americans and very useless unless they are allowed to use every AI tool at their disposal to make their jobs fruitful.

The reason why you're probably getting emails like that from American based employees is because Wells Fargo has a tendency to make Americans work during the India schedule because Americans here at Wells Fargo are training the Indians how to do their job so that Charlie can then fire said American and let the Indians carry the said job function.

It is a growing trend in American business every time the stock market takes ahead and economy takes a hit CEOs like Charlie and Jamie and others shove all the jobs towards India for the cheap labor thinking it's going to make the company better and then when things stabilize they start moving the jobs back and the Americans have to clean up the mess that the Indians created.

Besides it being a risk to data in cyber security it's also known fact that China operatives can walk through India going to any building and with enough cash by access to machines.

It is no secret where people are located. You can look up details on anyone in the Global Address List on Outlook or on Teamworks...

WFB is outsourcing a majority of their operations to India and this began several years ago. Their HR, Tech Support, and non-customer facing positions are more and more going out of the US. Even the internal audit and exam teams are being outsourced so if this does not scare you it should. I worked in Houston Texas until last year when it was determined that Houston is no longer a major business HUB for the company but India is? Go figure.

I don’t think the business address is showing the actual address.
