this is 100% correct. And the cycle will repeat in May/Jun, Jun/Jul, Jul/Aug. and then they will be rid of everyone who selected "no we will not move to dallas".

It's suspicious that these are Mondays. Usually these kinds of dates are Fridays.
28th is 2 week notice, 12th out of at&t payroll. Supervisors with affected employees have a call this week in which they will be trained.
April 28th - Formal notices for required turniver documentation go out
May 13th - Drop dead date for final documentation completed
Supposedly, there are layoff announcements on the 28th, and off the books on the 12th. However, there have been many warning dates posted on this site before and those have turned out to be nothing.
