Boeing has introduced a new set of behaviors and values, among which is for employees to do cool things and shape the future. Maybe they are the future shapers of Honeywell Aero.

If they become more like Honeywell then they are truly doomed.
I worked at Boeing in Everett and for Honeywell as a lead engineer. Boeing was a better company for sure with far more professionalism and integrity, I only realized that after moving to Honeywell. I thought Boeing was the lowest bar, boy was I wrong.
The veteran can sit next to the door.
How about... "We're Boeing and you know where your going so just use some duct tape when the doors fall off and it wont be BORING!"
How about- hire a veteran they know how to shape the future
