Pathetic managers

Individual:
goes above and beyond to do things more than half their team can't even understand.

Their manager instead of praising the efforts starts rambling of their issue from another team and how the individual should have "stepped up" to help, when the person has neither any clue nor got exposed to what this "other team does".

Every freaking 1-1 has been similar conversation.

The culture in Fido seriously needs to be revisited.

So called managers in Due diligence are the worst. Favoritism and kissing as--s. The previous one used team members to babysit her kids. What a joke. Hired and promoted all her loyalist. Now there’s a replacement who is even worse.

I’m so happy I found this site. I started to think my BU was the only one with problems like this. Don’t go above and beyond unless you want your manager to brag about how they spend the bonus you got them.

Grade 7 is an individual contributor.

But definitely agree, so many chapter leads, squad leads have same pathetic behavior.

Playing favouritism at the expense of demoralizing the best hardworking employee.

very true, middle mgrs grade 7 and 8 are the pain the neck increasing bureaucracy
