@114 AI did your post. AI, particularly Google Gemini, will take your post and "correct" it. AI is being rigged by I's. Welcome to the new brave world.
One of the reasons you may see H-1B professionals succeeding is the adaptability and agility we often bring to the workplace. There tends to be less focus on individual ego and more emphasis on achieving collective goals. In team environments, this translates to smoother collaboration, where the focus is on finding solutions together rather than assigning blame.
It’s not about an “us versus them” mentality; rather, it’s a shared drive to contribute meaningfully and advance our careers. Many of us arrive with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to make the most of the opportunities available.
Of course, issues of misconduct or fraud can happen in any community, and should rightly be addressed wherever they occur. But it is wrong to generalize or attack an entire group based on the actions of a few.
Most H-1B professionals, especially those from India, are here to work hard, build careers, and contribute positively — not to create division or harm. Respect and professionalism benefit everyone.
@10v+1jsj02dha, If you type the words like "India" or "Indians", chances are, your post will disappear within 24 hours. This is a new trend I've discovered.
Interesting, many important posts regarding H1B have been removed. I have a feeling that many of the moderators on this board are Indians. It makes sense, a lot of childish comments are being posted by Indian Tech employees. This board is already compromised.
They will continue hiring H1Bs until the needful is done to satisfaction and morale improves.
The minimum pay for H1Bs isn’t as low as you think. There are laws protecting this, but the advantage to WF is that they cannot get up and go to another employer.
Y’all were crying about DEI hiring not realizings YOU were the DEI hire and now they are seeking those that are truly more knowledgeable in the tech field. lol.
Charlie hires H1Bs because they are dirt cheap (like 1/3 of the US FTE). He doesn't care about quality, all he cares about is cutting cost and pleasing the shareholders.
Its either H1B or hiring overseas. Both takes American's jobs away. They have 50000 + employees who are not US citizens working for the bank.
Most H1B hires are not direct, it's through contract companies !!!
Where? I've never seen one H1B hire. IT?
They are better trained for tech. The excesses of Western materialism have not spoiled them. They concentrate harder on problems. They are humble enough to use AI to enhance their communication and problem-solving.
While you wering crying about DEI hires... they were stacking on H1Bs....classic
they do it because it ends up being cheaper and it is very difficult to make a case with the department of labor or even win one. Best bet to try and generate some media scrutiny.
Ok
Yep, there are tons of well qualified Americans completely passed over. There's people also at WF who are bottom floor who are more qualified than people 4-5 levels higher. People have no respect for management here because they're not intelligent and go out of their way to stab their rank and file in the back whenever given the chance.
