At this point, I don’t think anybody knows if anything it’s turned us into functioning alcoholics or it’s turned into mentally sc--wed with needing more therapy visits. The mental anguish and micromanaging alone is horrible. I don’t know how we’re not gonna walk away with trauma from this job and the same people that barks at us are not willing to do what they tell us to do.
The usual. Fewer people to do the work, that then gets heaped on the people who are left. Tons of confusion and lost knowledge because no one got to transition anything. Chaos ensues. People just start figuring out what the last people that were laid off knew. New round of layoffs.
