if are 100% Remote/not near a hub the displacement meeting is usually set up by HR person. The manager knows who is on the remote cut list but doesn't necessary know when their employee will be displaced. All other displacements are done by direct manager or the manager's manager. Manager's read off a check list script. Meetings scheduled between 8am and 9am and all electronic access cut off by 11am or sooner. Meetings usually scheduled Tuesday after a Friday payday.
