Best way to get their attention is if everybody didn’t do the survey.
Dont do it or write anything nasty! They say it is anomonus but last year my comment was added to a power point in our Town Hall. They know who wrote it and it was reflected in my bonus. Just don't, big brother is watching!

Even with terrible results, our group hasn't bothered to take our feedback into consideration to change anything, so we're still a clown show.
So, we're left with 2 choices:
- Fill it out:
• don't say anything bad OR
• run the average to the ground
- Don't fill it out, despite the almost harassing emails we're going to receive up until the survey closes.

got the email from our HR head this morning around 8am est. was on Teamworks prior to that. Took mine. While everyone who was an employee as of April 16 got it, if you get laid off and your 60 days ends before results are calculated, I don't think you'd be included in the results.
