How can senior managers displace people with a straight face for location strategy when executives are sitting in non hub location. Example Joe Bernardo is in Ohio for Fraud Claims management. Never moved to a hub. But doesn’t have a problem displacing people because of location . FCM has NO ONE is Ohio but him. I thought we were back in office because collaboration was so important. Today he strikes again more employees with “location displacements”

Different rules for different folks. Who said anything had to be fair or even legal.
Rules only apply if you fall under them. These are the same people who will tell you grow up and it's not fair while feeling if they haven't conned you they haven't done their civic duty. The cruelty is the point.
