Come on you all ingrates... weren't we all made to go through the most invaluable CBT on how the new performance assessment system is Godsent™ and the mandatory PIP is meant to help your development and the best thing since sliced bread? That's 60k hours.
Plus cybersecurity training, that's 60k more.
The Corporate culture and We Are EM, I didn't have to sit through that as I'm in EMIT and outside the US and GBC, but my friends in PS had to do some of that. So that's 60k hours more.
EMIT folks were all "highly encouraged" to take up trainings in Agile concepts multiple times watching those YouTube in LiL videos, that's like at least 30K hours contribution for us.
60k+ cyber security training modeled as part of that 500k????
I've had no training for 3 years... Who got all my training?
And I don't recognise the company delivering any of those 2021 accomplishments. Must just be me.
