Hi, if I find a new job after notice period, do I keep severance? The 200 pages hurt my head to shift through.... Thanks

yes, you keep your notice. If you notify them then they'll pay you out in a lump sum. If you say nothing they'll keep paying you bi-weekly until and if they find out then pay out lump sum.
They have no way of knowing unless you tell them so keep your mouth shut and collect what they owe you.
If you don't have a job, you should have plenty of time to read through the packet
Was let go on 2/4. 60 days notice - you get paid every 2 weeks. I got my unused PTO (and carryover) on 4/4. 10 months of severance kicked in, paid every 2 weeks. I had found another job during my 60 day period but negotiated a start date in early April. Wells hasn’t missed a beat paying what they owe me, so there’s that …
You can keep it and let it run out naturally every 2 weeks. If you do not need them I assume you can cancel your benefits. (Yes, you keep your benefits during severance) You can also request a lump sum payment. Zero idea how taxes compare between the two options.
The only thing that changes for certain when you switch to severance is your 401k/Roth; they will stop taking it from your check.
Of course you can. You are no longer an employee.
