Take a well functioning entity, with it's challenges. Appoint new leadership team, destroy share holder values, lowest member and provider NPS. Laughing stock of late nite jokes. Appoint an IT leadership, clueless to it’s core. Buzzword doesn’t build companies, actual intentions and actions do.

Can’t wait to see these jokers dragged out of here.

Moving jobs out of the US, at least for customer service, makes no sense from a business and practical perspective. Patients and providers want to talk to someone who's English they can understand. You turn away people by offshore customer service.

Last 3 to 4 company wide IT outages no senior leadership was seen participating. Tells a lot about their interest, or maybe their knowledge

They definately forgot what business we're in.Serving our members and providers is a thing of the past which is WHY we're in this mess to begin with. Without them, we're nothing.

400 bucks stock price. The genius will think of more layoffs but shareholders already assume that. Which means they are out of options.

That is when the CEO will be pushed out with any continued decline.

For IT leadership ban buzzwords, shark tanks, Social media posts for sometime, the parasites will be gone. They forget what business we are in.
