When will managers know or have an idea on this years budget?

It is always interesting to hear. Since i took a new job they could say oh you are growing (even though experienced in the role) and give me less as a result. I just want them to give me the numbers and keep their review to themselves. They tweak the review after they figure out how much they will allot to you. So your review is really not a review. It is a bunch of words that make their rating make sense.

It is a cost of living adjustment. But they are not obligated to pay you for the exact increase of the transitory inflation rate. Lol. Had to use the word.
Don't forget that bonus amounts at the aggregate are approved at the BOD level.
“Increase” is the wrong term to use. Raises here have been sub inflationary for decades so it’s a loss not an increase. “Merit” is a whole other discussion since the raises are not reflective of performance.
Mgrs already know the budget and how they plan to divvy out.......and they cannot reveal until reviews.
Will parking garage costs coincidentally increase 5%?

my guess is rank and file managers will start getting some insight next week when hr holds a few comp meetings to begin the process
Who cares, they won’t tell you your number until the end of January .
