Record profits. Took home $39 million last year. The serfs get a 2% raise. Which wouldn't be bad unless your department didn't get increases or bonuses in 2023 and 2024. He makes Montgomery Burns look good.
But seriously, the handwriting is on the wall. Next step is to offshore as much work as possible to Manila and Mumbai. He doesn't care about employee satisfaction. He just wants cheap workers.
