  1. Double down on IDM 2.0, burn cash for 5-10 years and ignore all the haters
  1. Hire Elon Musk, he won’t be able to turn it around either, but it will be entertaining
  1. Take the company private, cut HC by 30% and live to fight another day
  1. CHIPs Act 2.0 Strategy – Pat convinces government to nationalize Intel
  1. Sell Intel to Saudis / Aramco, it worked for AMD/Global Foundries and it can work for us too

You don't seem to know that Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi are not the same.

Are you sure you didn't pull any tendons stretching yourself so far and doing 'strategy' and stuff ?

Where is the option of a South Indian CEO ? With half the company’s managers already being South Indian how about getting a CEO representation and seeing if he/she can do a Satya Nadella or Sundar Pichai :)
