If you get 2 bad reviews in 3 years you are offered a severance package. Not as lucrative as a VSP.
I expressed my interest to my manager for it but he said our manufacturing BU is not taking any losses or any giving any VSP etc. "If you want to go just go for free with zero severance etc.."
I'm here 24yrs, I think he's 26 years old lol.
I have enough patience to wait out for a package.
