Can anyone clarify what the situation is with employees who have the Agile Flex Arrangement? Hearing mixed messages, some saying they will be back 4 days a week office from September, but I don't see anything on MySource about this.

Can anyone clarify how rounding works in the new 4 days / week requirement?
For instance if the period is now 20 business days and you were out of office for 4 days
20 - 4 = 16
16 x .8 = 12.8
Is the in office requirements 12 or 13 days?

Hey, business analyst at the sinking ship bank, maybe if you spent less time anonymously whining on forums and more time analyzing why your bank's circling the drain, you'd see engineers don't need your micromanaging to outshine your "creative" PowerPoint decks that nobody reads. Engineers have no idea what to do unless told. Explain context and it never sinks in. Zero creativity
You wish you could code so you wouldn’t have to waste away for 20 years just to reach six figures and “earn” a half day off. The real freeloaders are those of you on an excel sheet at all day and yapping on the phone about nonsense. You’ll be automated away soon enough.
Everyone 4 days by 2nd Sep. About time these “need to concentrate on coding” freeloaders were held to the same standards as everyone else.

We received an e-mail a few days ago about it. It came the next day after the other company-wide e-mail about flex employees returning to office.

I definitely didn't get that email, wonder if it went to managers..
It was also reported on by numerous news agencies. After Sept. 2nd there really isn’t such a thing as ‘agile flex’ anymore. Everyone is 4 days in.
Email went out stating Agile Flex would also be coming back 4 days/wk starting Sep. 2nd.
