are waiting to see if there are going to be layoffs in their areas of the country! It seems like OOR is kept in the dark most of the time, not sure what is going on. It's business as usual every day without a word except the promise of growth! Not sure how one business unit can avoid layoffs while others are getting sliced and diced! I don't trust management one iota!
