Directors and Managing Directors brought in from the outside while the rest of us with the years of business knowledge remain at Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents - been happening for over 10 years now - we get pulled in to share our knowledge with them. So it’s known that we have the knowledge just not ‘one of the chosen’ to be promoted for it.
