How much longer do based at home employees have before they get the boot?

Been told our division wants zero based at home by year end. Find an office or you will be without a job
that’s part of the absurdity of everything. They are tracking badge swipes and using it for a reason to get rid of you without severance yet there’s senior Directors sitting at home.
Keep in mind I was hired 10 years ago as hybrid. 3 days in office.

I wonder if a certain EC member 'Based at Home' in Texas will also have the same rules applied to her.
I’ve heard it will be done in waves, a certain percentage at a time with the goal of only about 20% home based based on the currently number by year end.
It won’t be all. They pick and choose.
Probably until September 2nd, when everyone has to do four days. I tried to get permission to do based at home for the past year or so to no avail, and just a few weeks ago my new manager told me she was informed from upper management that all remote positions will be terminated.
