She has fired many white males in leadership positions and replaced them with her friends from the tribe.

She is milking the cow as much she can. Why you envy her?
In every town hall they do these recognitions for long-time employees, 10 years, 20 years, etc. Given the massive layoffs and offshoring, 5 years will be an old timer in a few years.

Another fun fact, once they've lost their reports, the manager will be downsized as well. Everyone goes.
