Anyone get this survey? My coworker got it. They are asking about the possibility of adding 2 holidays or adding 2 company-wide meeting-free days.

I took it, it was long but fine. I just voted for more money and less cr-p like EAP and wellness. Benefits and vacation are already competitive, just want more cash in my pocket.
Those that got the survey are in the next round of RIFs…just sayin’.
Total rewards survey. Um, no I would not pay more of my medical for more time off. Healthcare insurance is already unaffordable.
It's the Total Rewards survey that came out today. It asks about a lot of potential benefits changes. Most benefits questions included asking about trade-offs, such as would you be OK increasing medical benefits cost by 20% to get more vacation days.
I got it, it isn’t going to change the direction of the business, so it’s meaningless.
I am sick and tired of these companies like Verizon that do not honor all federal holidays. Examples include MLK Day, Juneteenth, and presidents day.
Been here 20+ years, the meeting-free days NEVER WORK. As for holidays, that's what the floater days cover. We used to have the day before New Yr and XMAS, those became floating holidays instead. So when they say - adding 2 company holidays, are they just converting floaters ?
You might want to check if it's a phish, got one a few weeks ago and it was a "test".

I’d be surprised if they add more PTO. The policy is already very generous.
I received a “ total rewards survey “ asking me if I’m satisfied with the total compensation and benefit. I have not looked at the details yet. Are these two the same thing ?
I got the survey. It was long. They should add more holidays. India is off every freaking week
I never got the survey but I would definitely take some additional paid days off. You can call them whatever you want, makes no difference to me. Holidays, PDO's, vaca days, free days, doesn't matter.
