OMG! The amount of greed is disgusting. I wonder if the greed attacks slowly, or if the people just absorb it immediately when it's presented to them? I hope they are happy with themselves on their death-beds.

Document everything on systems you control (not on the work computer). Even if that means recording phone calls and taking monitor photos. If you think you're done, engage an attorney now.

OP here, I’m meeting all my performance goals. Good try though.

Sadly, HR is there to protect the firm, not you.
I too, naively found out the hard way.

Filing a complaint doesn’t give you a free get out of jail card if you are not hitting your KPI’s or getting you work done.

Please don’t do things like this without first consulting with an HR attorney. One time I was being se-----y harassed (not at Fidelity), and I chatted with my lawyer about what to do and what the company’s responsibilities were, and we made a plan. The situation was resolved to my satisfaction. You can’t go into these things blind, though, especially when making complaints about your boss, and especially when you aren’t sure other people are experiencing similar things with this person.

You should definitely speak with a lawyer now.

You can sue the firm for illegal retaliation for your rights to file a complaint

I repeat: HR is only there to protect and serve the best interests of the company, not the employee.
Always remember that.

Awesome! Retaliation is illegal so you can win a lawsuit there.
