Pretty much all the P3+ are over paid.

Depending on how long you have been in the role or if you were recently promoted, etc. In some areas people have been grandfathered in with higher salaries and/or bonus payouts than what is being offered to new hires. And they only promote or hire people to higher level roles that they can get away with paying less. This has to be one of the main reasons for removing transparency around pay ranges by role a few years ago.

P5s I know in tech were 180K+ and 30% bonus. Lots of P4s in the same group were slightly below so your number seems low

p5+ have no salary differential. salary is based off comp grade and previously posted. lots of p5s have different comp grades and as such different salary ranges. not all p5 are equal,

It probably depends on title too even though you’re P5. I’m P4 and salary is north of 200 and around 20% on bonus.

wow...no wonder everyone complains...25% bonus? WTF? You ought to just shut up about the bad enviroment and put that bonus away every year and not spend it...invest it.

Im in tech. I make 200K. No bonus. But I do love the job

Geography comes into play. Some markets pay higher than others for the same job. NY, CA, MA will pay higher than IA or ID, as examples.
So just tossing out the salary and bonus without considering geography is going to throw things off.
Also, I'm a P4 in a high cost of living area. 150k base and 30k total bonus eligibility.

P3 I work in sales. I will make over 200k this year. Yes you’re way underpaid as a P5 and I’m very lucky as a P3.

We are both pretty fortunate in the grand scheme of things. McDonald’s employees work for an entire year but make one of our bonuses.

payscale is based on your comp grade, there are p5's with a comp grade of 130 and those with a comp grade of 150. Grade of 150 has payscale up to 300k. You can find comp grades for any job title using workday. You can then back into the pay scales by looking at the jobs search tool and finding job titles with the same comp grade. search for senior lead.

Op like me paid similar..zero bonus and paid lowest on my team. Keep in mind different p5 have different pay scale. If you start in the door low and have bad teams then its impossible to rise up the pay scale regardless of education or experience. If you are young leaving is best way to increase salary. Seems the longer you stay the harder it gets unless you are fortunate to win the right friends and play politics well.

I don't buy it. Are you in the building maintenance team? Your salary should be in the $250,000 to $300,000 range with 45% bonus target.

Depends on role and which org. Min is $120k, so seems like you're right in line. Bonus can be all over the place though.
