Eliza reminds me of the pathetic BK Coin thing from some years back. Trying to be cool (three years after the ship sailed), poorly thought through, even more poorly executed, and nothing more than a solution in search of a problem. It’s as if you took all of the delusions of adequacy this company has and put them into a single, half-baked money pit. Delusions of adequacy stemming straight from the top. RV, EP, DM - for the love of god, go. Go now. Take your money and just leave.

Digital employees don’t need to take breaks or require 401k matches and benefits.
If the search engine in Mysource can’t come up with exact matches and gives URLs that are 404’s to nowhere, how are we supposed to believe Eliza is the answer? And if I am a custody client who usually questions reports, RF/DF activity and cutoffs how in the world would Eliza help me there?

As someone who considers himself relatively well versed in AI, if this firm relies on Eliza (or any other AI platform for that matter) to replace jobs, they’re in for a rude awakening. The intelligence (pun intended) isn’t there. Eliza isn’t all that accurate either (the same could be said for other forms of AI.)
