Does any one know what will happen when I apply an internal job if I’m in current team for less than one year? Will they process my application and Will my manager get notification

Workday shows how long you are in your role, your manager will be notified that you are applying for jobs.
if you lie about having your managers permission, they will fire you when they find out.
correct, if less than 12mo you have to attest to having manager approval.
You will need your manager’s approval, so yes they will be notified one way or the other.
