Working/Non-working notice

From what I read on here most of the notice is a Non-working notice. Does anyone know if there are groups doing a working notice period?

Usually the business side gets 60 days notice. Tech is same day due to access.

Some groups in CSSB had a 30 working 30 non working for the q1 location strategy RIF.
I imagine those at Director level and above have to do some working as well.

The current default for “efficiency” displacements is that it is all non working - that was changed a few years ago to contain damage potential from disgruntled employees. To have a working period after notice the manager has to request exception with a justification.

For location strategy displacements, there is in effect a pre-notice, when they ask if you will relocate and you have a month to give your answer. So they are being more lenient with allowing working notice period once the official displacement notice is given

I've only heard of one ops group being on some sort of pre-notice (large location not just individual) but then when they got the real notice it was non-working. In Ops and Control orgs I've only ever seen non-working notice maybe because it's usually individuals and not groups. I've only heard of one instance where an individual was aware of their eventual notice dates and asked to train a replacement but again that's more of a pre-notice and so their actual notice period is non-working.
