Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

SUPRISE (not really)…

Check your email. Charlie just shuttered the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion office and rolled their functions into HR for a more “Traditional Operating Model.”

There is no ‘reverse discrimination’, only discrimination. By Wells blatantly refusing to have an ERN for those of European heritage yet having one for everyone else is resulting in a hostile environment. I have screen shots from trainings about inclusion for evidence if a lawsuit were to happen.

Charlie publicly said long ago that they can’t find qualified blacks. Is this a surprise? That’s why they are importing them from Africa, the US blacks are more trouble that they are worth. Those are facts.

Tableau also tells me they got lowered their black work force by 2% over the past few months. We are getting back to normal despite living in clown world since junkie Floyd OD’d.

Only useful thing Shart has done since he got here. Of course, the whole thing was his stupid idea in the first place so I'm not sure how much credit is deserved for fixing a mess of your own creation. Either way, good change.

Colleagues laughed during a lunch coversation about Americans being less than 10% of people being hired in the US.

This is a false narrative as they are just trying to the the DEI programs by renaming and moving them as they are afraid of the reverse discrimination lawsuits that are about to start coming. I don't think what they are doing will protect the company as the US Supreme Court has already signaled where this is headed.

No one should be surprised. CEO already said...

"...the incoming administration's support of U.S. businesses and consumers gives us optimism as we look forward. Additionally, the incoming administration has signaled a more business-friendly approach to policies and regulations, which should benefit the economy and our client,” Scharf said on the company’s earnings call."

But he couldn't just come out and state it clearly. Instead we have about a 500 word salad. Clown show.

So just rearranging the deck chairs? Very weak.

They had a layup opportunity to save some costs and they failed.
