RV is running this bank into the ground. No concern for anyone but himself and the stock price. If you choose to work here, you are running into a burning building. I have been here long enough to say this with confidence, and looking to get out. If a severance package still exist……

When a monkey is given a pack of matches and a can of gasoline and the monkey starts a fire that causes destruction and death, you don’t blame the monkey. You blame the persons that gave the monkey the ability to cause harm. In this case, it’s our independent board of directors. They are 11 of the most incompetent, blind, corrupt, foolish and greedy creatures you can scrape out of any dumpster. This includes Robin. This is a sad place.

Very true. I interviewed last year and what a po-p show it was from the HR recruiter to the people that interviewed me....jeez, where was the part to entice me to actually want to work there? It all seemed disorganized, to put it mildly.
