Except 99% of the people are just stopping by to get an RTO day, not actually working.

Not true. Only badge swipes
"yes it counts. but the reporting does show day by day in office so if you're not required to be in office S or Sun and you do it regularly - you will get asked about it since it gives the appearance of potential gaming."
ONLY these mo--ns would perceive "potential gaming" when someone is taking time from their family to work. This screams typical Wells mindset. You don't fit one of our reports so you must be dealt with. What a complete sh** show.

All days end in day
Building is locked after hours and on weekends. Need a special building card key
it counts until you have a manager that digs into the reports and asks why you are working sat and sun.
It does. I have peers that live closer to the building than I do (I work in DFW) who go in early morning on Saturday and Sunday (when they’re out running errands anyway, badge in) leave their laptops connected to the network, and come back and pick their devices up later on in the day. I would do the same if I lived on top of work like they do. I don’t blame them one bit. Do it if you can kids.
Absolutely
Yes as long as you swipe your badge into the building (and also into the floor you work on if a badge is required). Your work computer or device must also connect to the company network in order to count as "in office."
Every day worked counts and shows on the reports.
