Personally know people still getting hardship exceptions or groups not actively enforcing and they are a lot happier. Wish leadership would grow a brain and let people be…I mean the people at the top are certainly not going into the office.
my group has had so many people leave and positions are unable to be backfilled because no one wants to work here and we end up doing double the usual workload while having to commute.
So here I am sitting in my dusty cubicle working on my resume….

I know this is bad but truthfully, the only way I can get through each day at the office is by reminding myself this is only temporary and I am leaving once that bonus hits. They won’t know what hit them and will be lucky I give a full day’s notice.
Why doesn't India have RTO is my question?
It will be another year before our clueless management realizes the human capital cost of forcing RTO, Good people will be with modern work-from-anywhere companies. The less than good... well, they will be at WF.

Even the hub city approach is softening a bit (if I can contribute my single datapoint); it's hard to hire in CLT, for example, because of all the competition for labor in that market, and even different lines of business sometimes compete for the same candidates.
Why doesn’t WF just sell these empty buildings and let employees work where they thrive? How is making everyone drive 2 hours or more per day supporting the company’s green initiative?
