Afraid the job market will get even worse

Given that the package will be small, I hope that we will all manage to find new jobs very quickly. However, I am not very optimistic, at least not when it comes to me personally, because I have been looking for a job for a long time without success. It is likely that I will have to accept an inadequate offer. I just hope that the situation on the job market doesn't get any worse?

The answer is to widen the search and apply more places. Best of luck, persistence will pay off.

Honestly, with 9 weeks in CPM, plus a severance after that, I don't think it's a small package. But, I agree with the other poster, if you have tech skills, you will be fine.

What sort of skills do you have? Even though the economy is contracting quickly, if you have the right skills you can easily find a job. Programming is in very high demand.

On the other hand, if your degree is in Gender Studies and you work as a DEI Officer, I am afraid you will have a very tough time finding that next job.
