Why the flood of people in costumes on LinkedIn? Seems disingenuous when we used to have pictures of what is acceptable work attire. And discouraged from posting anything on LI.

Because the LI and yammer leg humpers are trying to control the narrative of how wonderful the work place is. Our manager routinely encourages people to “dress up” for certain holidays and events with the sole purpose gathering pictures for social media..
Lay-off the conspiracy pipe and get in a more positive frame of mind, your life will be better.

People just trying to post something fun. Not everything is a conspiracy. Don’t be so grumpy.
With rising interest rates and the retirement rate still going up, I expect more people turning 55 will retire despite the 25% discount. All the NREs will retire sooner rather than later, especially if they are bottom 20%.
