Brief Question:

Is it by accident or by design that Global Payments and Treasury Services recruit people with "special needs" and individuals recovering from substance addiction to work here?

A few of us believe BNY must receive a government subsidy for such recruiting, since it is prevalent.

Any insight?

I don’t think the employees started with mental health or substance abuse issues. That came after they worked here and experienced just how toxic this place is, like mold seeping into your body.

Who are you referring to outside of the upper management? Everyone in that department K and above is special needs. EVERYONE. He-l it’s all under Alejandro and Richard’s watch. What would you expect?

Then the bank should rehire many of the people that it railroaded and gave mental illness to with all the pressure, abuse and unfair firings.

How do management monitor performance with these individuals?

We have first-hand observation that job expectations are different for these hires.
