I’ve used this service twice and both times I didn’t get any resolution. Has anyone have them help you with an issue?

Aetna resolution were mired in for patients than included. It’s sad. Call back call back. Call back. That’s the answer
Included health is garbage. They do nothing. Their virtual visits are staffed with mo--ns
The medical here is horrible. If you came down with something like Cancer, you're dead, you'll spend your last 3-4 months filling out forms, on calls, replying to denial letters, and waiting in a hospital while your cancer goes stage 4. They want you to die.
They’ve been hugely helpful for me. Definitely better service by phone. They helped with everything. I’m grateful for the service.
They scheduled a doctor appointment for me but didn’t notify me. Now I get the emails and texts from the doctor requesting payment for my no show.
They’re there for WF to check a box. They’re not there for you/us lol.
They are the 'can I put you on hold / my supervisor will get back to you' experts.
Add zero service, we should dump them and use the money save on our high premiums.
