If you think operational risk consultants aren't being alerted to what you post on here think again. No its not because they're hungry for your opinions on outsourcing, its to see if anyone posts internal information. While the site posts technically are anonymous, its easy to put through a request for the employees web history and connect the post to the employee's IP address. So don't post anything that'll get you in trouble or that you're not willing to defend, just something to keep in mind!
