3% is nothing, Wells Fargo has been slashing 30% of the US workforce over the past several years. One half of that is simply eliminated, and the other half is exported to India.
I feel like at least 3% was always a given, we've been getting hit 5-10% each year for a while now

No, Wells doesn't lay off employees. I hope they don't start soon.
