Layoffs were in Enterprise Independent Testing in May. EIT let go of Work From Home (WFH) associates and a few people who did work in an office that was not considered a core hub. These associates had years of experience and exceptional job performance. It has been said that the plan is to eliminate WFH under the pretense of locating all of EIT in core hubs. FYI: More layoffs to come each quarter.

Doubt CREB, considering everyone wants to quit in general. What a leadership sh*tshow that department has become. Nobody would be upset to take a severance package from that division. It’s practically useless in the overall economy now. Our peers are actively participating in the rebuilding of CRE, yet we sit on the sidelines watching. No raises. Hardly any bonuses, near total burnout across the platform, no interest from quality hires to join. Starting to smell like a rotting corpse. It’s embarrassing. Deal makers and horses pulling the cart are waiting to leave. JPM or WF could wipe BOA clean of its best talent and top clients in one swipe now.

Where have I heard this before? Now I remember...on this website with posts throughout the year trying to stimulate nonsense conversations. If you are going to post any layoff news, add groups and/or work sites to justify your "rumor". So far on this thread, the most important item is the completion of the employee engagement survey. Do I complete the survey with negative comments or not at all? Not at all has more impact to the manager's performance.
