Ironically part of your statement rings true but not in the way you are hoping for. People did realize that they can do better... elsewhere. The alarms were sounded off years ago but no one listened. The culture post-acquisition meant that "pushing back" just meant that you would be ultimately "pushed out". Given those options it is no surprise that leaving for a competitor was the only viable option if you truly wanted to do "better". This is how the free market works. Poorly run companies will always lose their talent to better run competitors in the end. Ultimately no one is obligated to stay unless there are special contractual circumstances (i.e. sponsorship via H1B visa, payback for relocation expenses etc.)

Realistically at this point there is no Intelligrated left to rebuild. The original talent that made the company what it was in the first place is now gone and is working for the competition. If anyone wants to experience the original magic that Intelligrated had then they will have much better luck finding it elsewhere.

Possibly instead of bi-----g about how bad things are maybe try to make a difference. Honeywell is just like any other big corporate company. You can choose to work for small company but then deal with family drama. Most of our issues are self caused and they could be fixed. Intelligrated was well run business when I got here and unfortunately bad decisions were made all around but there is absolutely no reason on why we could not do better. It is also up to us to provide feedback to leadership. Same people that talk sh-t don’t bother filling out surveys anyway.

Intelligrated (IGS) has been in constant turnover ever since the acquisition. Anyone with a pair of eyeballs and 5 minutes of spare time can witness that fact on Linkedin with a basic search. These people went on to beef up the ranks of competitors such as MHS, TREW, Dematic, & Vanderlande which are now eating Honeywell's lunch. Honeywell wanted to bleed Intelligrated slowly but they got a runaway collapse instead. The wheels have fallen off due to a combination of greed and pi-s-poor business strategy yet they want everyone to believe that the layoffs are solely due to a lack of Amazon orders. Truthfully the real damage happened when the talent jumped ship and joined the competition in the years following the acquisition.

Intelligrated was once a great company but now it is ruined. At this point no one is coming back after getting cut or leaving. This has been the case for years already and the proof is all over Linkedin for anyone to see...

@igvx+1jvJREkl What part of HON HR do you work in? Troll. Honeyhe|| is the worst place to work no matter how you look at it. I am hoping I get cut before 12/15. The grass is greener- exactly where HON is sh*tting on it!

I see a lot of people on these posts bashing Honeywell. Yes some things are bad but there are also many good. The grass is not greener on other side. I had many friends that left to other material handling companies only to want to come back. The company needed to be right sized as AMZ is done. We do have way too many managers that should be cut as they add no value other than another power point or excel file. And regional engineering should have been kept as we going into small to mid size project mix. But overall guys it is not a bad place to work and it is what you make of it.

Don't forget that they stole the honeywell name!! The allied signal name was toxic, so they dumped it when they bought honeywell.

Most of the competition is still hiring. Just reach out and start a conversation. You can be a bit picky, if you are still working.

With you on that got about 4 decades with 101 year old company UOP and since Honeywell took over 2007 things going down hill. So much want say on what they need stop one major thing all political emails about who you want be that day. Stinks they want us to do the VOE or speak up but don't want hear the truth and you do your put on PIp or put in the L
