How To Have RTO Rescinded

Here's what we do: buy the campuses themselves.

And then turn around and sell them to someone else (not Wells) to repay the loan needed to buy it in the first place.

Obviously, this is too expensive for the average employee to shoulder on their own, so multiple employees will team up, get a commercial loan (not Wells), and make Wells a fair market offer for the property.

The official reason for the purchase is to benefit some very sensitive social cause. Then Wells will worry about looking bad by not selling for the good of the cause.

Done. No campus = no RTO.

As far as how to explain how the so-called cause is no longer getting their property, people have very short attention spans. A quick blurb about 'funding issues' is enough to put that to rest. No one will care.

Leases are still valid regardless of ownership. In fact, companies will only buy buildings knowing who the tenants are and how long they are obligated.

I'm not sure how your plan would work. It would be easier to burn them down if that's what you're after
