Let's not forget about mentoring the "future leaders of the company". Of course, since they want to get rid of all the older employees, I am not sure who is going to be the mentors.

Wasn’t RTO all about building collaboration and caring for new hires (that didn’t feel they were part of a team)?? Being in the office first 2 days, then 3 days and then 5 days would solve for this.

This couldn’t possibly mean there was a hidden agenda and that “Leadership” lied? They would NEVER do that! LM-AO.
